Gergely Hodicska is a co-founder of CraftHub, the event company behind the Craft, Crunch, Amuse and Stretch conferences. He also runs Water Bear Consulting, where he coaches engineering leaders and helps companies scale their product engineering organisations.

He was VP of Engineering at Ustream and later at Bitrise, and led the IBM Budapest Lab and the Watson Media engineering team. These days he works hands-on with agentic engineering.
