Dr. Lorenz Frey is a partner at V14, a Berlin law firm for startups and venture capital investors. He advises on venture capital and M&A transactions and co-leads the firm’s work on legal tech and on adopting AI in everyday legal work.

He has been named a Best Lawyers “One to Watch” in Germany, in collaboration with Handelsblatt, in several consecutive editions. He also writes about AI and the law, most recently “Die stille Privatisierung des Rechts” in NJW, co-authored with Tobias Voßberg.
