Pini Reznik is CEO and co-founder of re:cinq, a consultancy that helps engineering organisations move from individual AI use to a repeatable way of building software with coding agents. The work starts with an assessment of where a team stands, then continues with training for engineers and building software factories together with the client.

Before re:cinq, Pini spent eight years at Container Solutions, which he co-founded in 2014 and where he held roles including CTO, Chief Revenue Officer and COO. The company grew to around 200 people before it was sold. He is the author of two books, Cloud Native Transformation and From Cloud Native to AI Native.
