Russ Miles is Principal Software Engineer at TechTalk, where he works with teams adopting agentic software engineering. His current focus is Habitat Thinking and Engineering, which treats the people, agents, conventions and feedback loops around a codebase as one environment worth designing, and Decision4, which judges every decision by one question: if this is wrong, what does it take to put right?

He has nine publications with O’Reilly Media. Before TechTalk he was Technical Product Owner at ClearBank and Head of Engineering at Segovia.
