Full-Day Workshop — Build Your Agentic Engineering Factory
A compact, one-day version of the alphalist DEV Bootcamp — built exclusively for case attendees who want to leave Berlin with a working factory, not just notes.
A compact, one-day version of the alphalist DEV Bootcamp — built exclusively for case attendees who want to leave Berlin with a working factory, not just notes.
Every developer has tried Cursor or Claude Code. But the same model produces wildly different results depending on the system around it: context, hooks, quality gates, feedback loops, governance. That system is the factory. Most teams don't have one.
In one focused day — the day after the case conference (25 Feb) — you'll build yours. Live coding demos to show you. A hands-on guide from the practitioners behind the agentic factory methodology. A customer voice to ground you. Peers from teams like yours to think with you.
Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or any other working agentic setup with a model. We build the factory around it. No working harness in the morning means you can't participate. A setup check is sent to all attendees one week before the workshop.
You work with actual production setups — CLAUDE.md, MCP, sub-agents, context engineering. The internals, not just the surface.
What works, what fails, and when an agent is the wrong answer entirely. The typical mistakes your teams will make — and how to prevent them.
You leave with a concrete 30-day rollout plan, built during the session. CLAUDE.md, rules, skills, and MCP configs — on your laptop, ready to deploy.
Peer exchange with developers and EMs dealing with the same shift. Small groups by org size and industry. A network that keeps talking after the event.
No passive listening, no surface-level panels. You build real context architecture during the sessions and leave with it on your laptop. One day, four blocks, one outcome.
One day. One goal: you leave knowing what to do.
Morning — Lay the factory floor.
The day opens with a live coding demo on foundations: context layer, environment, hooks, sandboxing. From there, you work in small groups of to build the foundation of your own factory on your laptop.
Midday — Wire the pipeline.
After lunch, a second live coding demo shows the pipeline end-to-end: planning, sub-agents, fast feedback, determinism. You then wire your own pipeline in the same small group, with hands-on guidance throughout.
Afternoon — Run it, hear from one who's done it.
Hear a live war story from production: what worked, what failed, what they'd do differently. You then run your factory end-to-end and draft your personal rollout plan.
This is a practitioner-first day. Engineering Managers and senior developers who want to build systems — not just use tools.
