Workshop — Building the Agentic R&D Organization

When agents let anyone on a product team build, the old split of Jira for product, Figma for design and GitHub for engineering stops marking who may change what. This workshop is a condensed version of the Dev Bootcamp that alphalist runs in Berlin and Hamburg, with Benedikt Stemmildt as curriculum lead.

In about two and a half hours at the end of day one, you look at what agents change for product, design and engineering, how a team can split its product into zones for experimentation, review and protected work, and which rules every agent on the team has to follow.
